I have been an LPN for 7 years. I have a wide range of experience in nursing, which includes geriatrics, behavioral health, infectious disease, dialysis, and nurse management.
Meagan Petrek, FNP
received her Bachelors of Science in nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2011. She then received her Masters of Science in nursing from Creighton University in 2015, specializing as a family nurse practitioner. Petrek is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys many specialties as a nurse practitioner and is compassionate about helping others in all aspects of their health and wellness.
Lacey Snyder FNP
I am Family Nurse Practitioner who earned my Master’s degree from Clarkson College in Omaha in August 2017. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I worked as a Registered Nurse, at Madonna in Lincoln on Pediatrics, and Lincoln Surgical Hospital and a Pre/Post op Nurse. It was through these experiences I found that I wanted to help patients on a more personal level.
As a Nurse Practitioner I am passionate about building strong relationships with my patients, and working collaboratively with them in providing best care. I pride myself on educating my patient and using Best Practice to facilitate healing. I chose Family Practice because I have always enjoyed working with all stages of life. With NHCP I primarily work with the geriatric population but I still get some younger patients at times. I have really enjoyed watching the progress my patients make in Rehab all the way to holding the hand of patients at end of life.
Outside of work I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I am Married to my wonderful Husband Nate, we have 3 kids 2 girls and 1 boy, who keep us very busy outside of work. When we are not chasing kids at sporting events you will find me planning our next vacation!!!

I am Paula Sexton, and I have been a nurse practitioner since 2016, and I am board certified in Family Medicine. My passion is helping others, and giving back to the community.
Christine Shank, APRN.
CHRISTINE graduated from Bryan School of Nursing in 2005. She worked as an RN in various roles in the hospital setting for 13 years before completing graduate degrees in nursing leadership in 2015 and Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Since completing her APRN degree, she has worked in cardiology and otorhinolaryngology specialties. She is a former certified wound and ostomy nurse and continues to have a special interest in wound care. She lives in Lincoln with her husband and 3 children and keeps busy with sports activities.
Yvette Fensler APRN, FNP-C
Yvette, a native of the Hickman area, has recently returned to her roots with her husband, a retired military man. She finds joy in the company of her three grandchildren and two dogs. With a career in healthcare that began at 16, Yvette has assumed various roles. Known for her caring nature, Yvette invests in building personal relationships with her clients. Her passion lies in prioritizing your well-being in her treatment approach.
